Alessandro Salon prides itself on its expertise in customer care and service. Because of this we uphold a few policies to ensure the ultimate salon experience for our clients and responsibility and care for our stylists.
Appointments
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. New client appointments require a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments
We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for last minute cancellations and missed appointments.
Payment
Alessandro Salon accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Please note that there is a $20 fee for any returned checks.
Gratuity
We prefer not processing gratuities on your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Professional Retail Policy
We guarantee all products we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Alessandro Salon, you may return within two weeks of purchase and we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases or salon services.
